  • How can we schedule a tutoring session?
    Parents can book tutoring sessions by calling us at (786) 881-3782 or by filling out the Contact Us form.
  • Do I need to call Client Services if I only need one session?
    You do not have to call us to schedule a session. You can use the online platform. If there is availability you can just book the date and time that is convenient for you.
  • What are the technical requirements for my session?
    Students should have reliable internet connection and (recommended) the latest version of Zoom installed in their devices. You can also join by using your web browser.
  • Can I check if the zoom link provided works when received?
    Yes! Students are invited to check the Zoom link when received. They will be prompted to either open a Zoom account or join as a guest. After deciding, the student will enter a waiting room.
  • I need to reschedule my session. What should I do?
    Students that need to cancel or reschedule a session should call us at (786) 881-3782 at least 24 hours before their scheduled time. Rescheduling will take place depending on availability but the same tutor cannot be guaranteed.
  • Can I reschedule for another week?
    Yes. You can reschedule for the same week or up to two more consecutive weeks at no extra cost to the family (based on availability).
  • How many sessions per week can I reschedule?
    Only one session per week can be rescheduled.
  • May I pay with my credit card to book my sessions?
    Yes. You can use the secured payment system on the website or send the payment through Zelle.
